FAQ
What’s included with a rental bike, and how do sizing/setup work?
Each bike comes fully serviced with quality tyres, tubeless sealant, and a spare tube/lever pack. We’ll size you to the right frame (subject to availability) and set suspension sag, cockpit and brake lever reach before you ride. Bring your own pedals if you can—we’re happy to fit them. (We have a few loan pedals if needed, first-come first-served.)
How do I book and where do I collect the bike?
Supply is limited, so pre-book when you reserve your riding. Collection and return are normally at our Lanjarón RSS villa; for holiday weeks we’ll have the bike ready on Day 1. Day-guests collecting for Single-Day Uplifts will get setup at the morning meet point.
What do I need to bring, and what protection is required?
Bring a helmet (full-face strongly recommended for DH), knee pads, gloves, and your preferred pedals. We advise a small pack with water, snacks and any personal spares. You’re responsible for personal insurance that covers MTB and rental equipment.
How do the deposit and damage policy work?
A €250 cash deposit is taken at handover and returned on safe, clean return. Fair wear (tyre scrub, light marks) is fine; crash/impact damage and broken parts are charged at cost of parts + reasonable labour. Consumables you use (e.g., tubes, pads, derailleur hangers) are charged at cost. Please tell us immediately if anything needs attention so we can keep you rolling.
