2. We confirm availability and send a price & itinerary.

3. Pay a £195 deposit to secure your week; balance due 6 weeks before arrival.

4. Receive your pre-arrival pack (what to bring, transfer times, etc.).

How do I secure my booking?

Once we confirm availability, we send an invoice/payment link. A £195 deposit locks your dates; the balance is due 6 weeks pre-arrival. You’ll then receive our pre-arrival info (packing list, meeting points, transfer windows).

Can I book via WhatsApp or Instagram? How fast do you reply?

Yes—WhatsApp (+34 621 66 24 58) and Instagram DMs (@ridesouthernspain) are great for quick questions. We aim to reply within 24-48 hours.

What info should I include in my first message?

Please share: preferred dates, number of riders (and any non-riders), riding level (intermediate/advanced), package (DH/Enduro/Trans Nevada/Day Uplifts), airport & flight times if known, rental bike needs, and any dietary or room preferences. This helps us give you an accurate quote immediately.

What payment methods and currencies do you accept? Do I need insurance?

We accept card and bank transfer in GBP or EUR (invoices provided). Personal travel/medical insurance covering mountain biking is mandatory. If renting a bike, a €250 cash deposit applies. Our cancellation terms are outlined on your invoice and in the booking confirmation.
