By paying a deposit or balance you accept these Terms for yourself and your party.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Booking & Contract<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>A booking is confirmed when we issue a Booking Confirmation and receive your deposit.<\/li>\n    <li>The contract is between Ride Southern Spain and the lead guest named on the booking; the lead guest is responsible for all payments and for sharing info with the group.<\/li>\n    <li>Minimum age 18 unless accompanied by a parent\/guardian and pre-approved.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Payments, Prices & Deposits<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Deposit: \u00a3195 per person secures your place.<\/li>\n    <li>Balance: due 6 weeks before arrival (invoice shows the date).<\/li>\n    <li>Payments accepted in GBP or EUR by card or bank transfer.<\/li>\n    <li>Prices may change before you book; once confirmed, your price is fixed (except agreed extras).<\/li>\n    <li>Unpaid balances may result in your booking being cancelled without refund (see Cancellation).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>What\u2019s Included \/ Not Included<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Inclusions are shown on the relevant page (e.g., DH\/Enduro, Trans Nevada, MIAS, Day Uplifts) and your Booking Confirmation.<\/li>\n    <li>Unless stated: flights, lunches\/dinners, personal insurance, specialist repairs\/parts, and private transfers outside our time windows are not included.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Rider Eligibility & Fitness<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Our trips are for confident intermediate to advanced riders; check the page description for level.<\/li>\n    <li>You are responsible for assessing your fitness, skills and medical suitability. Tell us about any medical conditions that could affect your participation.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Personal Insurance (Mandatory)<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>You must carry travel\/medical\/accident insurance that explicitly covers mountain biking (including uplifted\/downhill), medical treatment, evacuation and trip cancellation\/curtailment.<\/li>\n    <li>Bring proof of insurance; we may refuse participation without valid cover (no refund).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Safety, Guiding & Itinerary Changes<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Mountain biking involves risk. You agree to follow guide instructions, local regulations and posted signage.<\/li>\n    <li>We may modify the itinerary for safety, weather, trail closures, fire risk, or group ability. Substitution of ride zones \/ uplift frequency may occur.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Equipment & Bike Condition<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>You are responsible for bringing a safe, well-maintained bike and appropriate protective gear (helmet mandatory, knee pads recommended).<\/li>\n    <li>We provide a wash station, basic tools and secure storage at base.<\/li>\n    <li>Rental bikes (if booked): require a \u20ac250 cash deposit; crash damage and broken parts are charged at cost of parts + reasonable labour. Fair wear is fine.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Accommodation & Conduct<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Apartments are self-contained with kitchens and private bathrooms. Respect quiet hours after 22:00, no smoking indoors, and no glass near the pool.<\/li>\n    <li>We may ask any guest who behaves in a way that risks safety or disturbs others to leave (no refund).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Airport Transfers<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Shared transfers run between M\u00e1laga (AGP) and our base within our published time windows.<\/li>\n    <li>Outside the window, we can arrange private transfers (extra cost) or advise on self-drive.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Day Uplifts \/ Private Hire<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Day rides meet at the agreed local meeting point.<\/li>\n    <li>Typical day: 09:30\u201316:30, 4-7 uplifted descents subject to daylight, pace and conditions.<\/li>\n    <li>We may re-route or reschedule for safety\/weather.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>MIAS Courses (Level 1 & 2)<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Course language is English.<\/li>\n    <li>First Aid certification is required to activate your MIAS award (you can complete before\/after).<\/li>\n    <li>Assessment is continuous; not everyone will pass on the day\u2014tutor feedback and development plans are provided.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Waiver & Assumption of Risk \u2014 Digital Acceptance<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>We send a Waiver & Release of Liability with your Booking Confirmation.<\/li>\n    <li>By paying the deposit, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to the Waiver; your deposit constitutes an electronic signature\/acceptance.<\/li>\n    <li>You will also be asked to acknowledge the Waiver on arrival; parents\/guardians must sign for any minor participants.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Medical, Allergies & Dietary Requests<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Tell us in advance about medical conditions, allergies or dietary needs so we can plan sensibly (we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Media & Privacy<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Guides often capture informal photos\/video during the week. You grant us permission to share within the group and use for marketing unless you tell us otherwise in writing.<\/li>\n    <li>We keep your data for booking\/admin purposes only and do not sell personal data.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Damage, Loss & Personal Property<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>You are responsible for your personal items. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage except where caused by our negligence.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Cancellation & Changes by You (Strict \u2014 No Refunds)<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>All payments are non-refundable, including the \u00a3195 deposit and any balance paid.<\/li>\n    <li>If you cancel at any time, or fail to arrive, no refund is due.<\/li>\n    <li>Name changes \/ replacements in your place are usually allowed up to 7 days before arrival (you arrange the replacement; admin fees may apply).<\/li>\n    <li>We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance to cover cancellation for illness, injury, travel disruption, etc.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Changes or Cancellation by Us<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>If we must significantly change or cancel due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, fires, trail\/road closures, strikes, natural events) or events beyond our control, we may reschedule, offer a credit, or adjust the itinerary. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.<\/li>\n    <li>If we cancel for reasons within our control, we will offer alternative dates or a credit; liability is limited to amounts paid to us for the booking.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Complaints<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>If something isn\u2019t right, tell your guide\/host immediately so we can fix it on the spot.<\/li>\n    <li>If unresolved, email info@ridesouthernspain.com within 7 days of departure with details and booking reference.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>These Terms are governed by Spanish law and any disputes are subject to the courts of Granada, Spain, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Updates to Terms<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your deposit applies to your booking. The latest version is published on our website.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2>Final Notes<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Mountain biking has inherent risks. Good judgement, appropriate equipment and following guide instructions are essential.<\/li>\n    <li>No-refund policy: protect yourself with travel insurance from the moment you book.<\/li>\n    <li>Deposit = agreement: paying the deposit means you agree to these Terms and to the Waiver we send with your confirmation.<\/li>\n
